Allyson Rowe
President & Chief Operating Officer
Allyson Rowe leads the business operations of Positive Impact, overseeing all units of the day-to-day operations for the 20+ member firm. Responsible for oversite on all projects, Rowe directs team efforts for sponsorship solicitation, onsite branding and activations for over 200 annual events, preparation of sales and marketing materials, generation of commercial strategies and fulfillment of partnership entitlements as well as oversite of the business development unit of Positive Impact including all outreach on proposals for new business and responding to RFP and RFQ requests for potential ventures.
Rowe manages the preparation and administration of all contracts, agreements, fulfillment and follow-up with clients and is responsible for managing and maintaining all business relationships for Positive Impact. Rowe also manages media campaigns for clients including creating, placing and tracking efficiency of radio and website placement efforts.
During the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup, Rowe led efforts to deliver hospitality and sponsorship elements to all World Cup sponsors -- an assignment that spanned 12 venues in 9 countries. She also managed the Venue Assessment Tour (VAT Tour) for Bermuda's successful effort to host warm-up matches for the 2007 Cricket World Cup.
In addition, Rowe was Positive Impact's Principal Marketing Executive for the inaugural National Lacrosse League's (NLL) New Jersey Storm. Rowe handled sponsorship fulfillment for the NCAA 2011 Quicken Loans Carrier Classic and the NCAA 2012 Northrop Grumman Battle on the Midway, both taking place on Veteran's Day in San Diego, California and provided ESPN Events with logistics and on-site assistance on the Armed Forces Classic, also taking place in San Diego California on Veterans Day atop the USS Abraham Lincoln.
Rowe is currently the managing principal assigned to a number of Positive Impact’s current clients such as the BIG3 professional 3v3 Basketball League, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health and the Team Walker foundation.
Rowe is active in philanthropic and service activities including serving as a Board Member at Purr and Pooch Foundation for Animals, a no-kill animal rights organization in New Jersey, volunteered as a religious educational instructor and has supported the New Jersey Special Olympics activities.
Rowe graduated Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey with a B.A. in Sociology.
