Positive Impact was retained to perform a management study focusing on revenue-generation for each MAAC member institution. Positive Impact identified a number of significant areas in their report and presented its findings to the commissioner’s office for review and implementation. In addition to the report, Positive Impact conducted a seminar for the institutions presenting the results of the study and offered recommendations for successful implementation.
