Positve Impact Joins Cricket Stadium Complex Development Group

Positive Impact has been chosen to join an international group of developers to bring a state-of-the-art Cricket Stadium to the Ontario Canada Region.

The group is currently comprised of 2 Canadian firms and 2 US firms, all with sports financing and event management experience, including specific cricket event management backgrounds.

Plans are underway to create a Public-Private financing model.  The Development Group is narrowing down choices for the City that will be its public partner. That City will provide land and the Development Group will bring secure financing and development expertise.

Discussions with the Canadian National Cricket Association have already yielded very positive results which would make the new stadium the National Cricket Stadium of Canada.

The group expects to finalize plans early this summer in the hope that it can participate in hosting official matches of the 2024 ICC Cricket World Cup and offer up the National Stadium to teams before they leave North America.
