event operations Assistant
As part of the Event Operations Team at Positive Impact, Giovinazzo assists with logistical, facility and event operational needs for clients ranging from BIG3 professional basketball to golf invitationals and non-profit fundraisers.
Giovinazzo coordinates and monitors the scheduling of sports competitions and special events and also assists with sponsorship fulfillment needs for brands such as E&J Brandy and Adidas.
In 2012, Giovinazzo co-founded Top Shelf Tents, a boutique special event and party company specializing in equipment rentals and staging.
Giovinazzo graduated from Ithaca College where he majored in Psychology and minored in Marketing. While at Ithaca, he was a member of the Hockey Team for four years and served as Alternate Captain his Senior Year. He is a sports and fitness enthusiast, dog-lover and fan of the Green Bay Packers, New York Rangers, New York Knicks and the New York Yankees.
