Mercer County Community College Retains Positive Impact to Perform Commercial Asset Review

Mercer County Community College (MCCC) has retained Positive Impact to review and analyze their campus-wide commercial assets, particularly in the areas of advertising, sponsorship and media revenue opportunities.  Positive Impact will focus on existing assets and upgrading those properties as well as the creation of new areas to engage partnerships.

As part of the study, Positive Impact will perform a competitive marketplace analysis to help support revenue assumptions to meet the College’s goals and objectives.  “The ability to have a better understanding of MCCC’s marketing, advertising, sponsorship and media opportunities is an important step to determining the potential value of their assets” said Bill Tuccillo, Project Manager for the study.  “We are looking forward to delivering a comprehensive analysis of their asset inventory which we believe will create a number of unique partnership programs for MCCC”.

The evaluation will provide recommendations as well as a path forward to introduce MCCC to new partnership opportunities.
